AVATARS

Avatars are small graphical images that you may choose in your profile. They are displayed by your username on all posts that you make. You can select the image that best describes yourself from your profile options.


There are two kinds of Avatars:

1. Avatars provided by the administrator and click here for the list.

2. Custom Avatars that you upload yourself : Either a URL to the image you wish to use, or upload an image directly from your own computer.

How can I choose my Avatar?

Go to UserCP and on the left menu, under settings and options click on Edit Avatar to select most suitable avatar for your ID. Check ScreenShot 1.


None of the available Avatars suits for my Username. What can I do?

You need 1000 posts and should be one month old on MB to upload your own Customised Avatar.


Well, I have 1000 posts. How to upload custom avatar from my computer?

1. First of all delete 'Temporary Internet files' and clear 'History' of your browser. Next click on UserCP and on the left menu, under settings and options click on Edit Avatar as shown in ScreenShot 1.

2. Scroll down, below the standard avatars, there you can see Custom Avatar box. Click on 'Browse' button at the bottom, select the file from your PC and next click on 'Save Changes' button as shown in the ScreenShot 2. Enjoy..

Well, tried above step. My pic is too large. What to do?

Ummm, the maximum dimensions should be 75 by 75 pixels or 9.8 KB. You have to resize your large image. Use photo editor if you have or download IrfanView which is a very fast, small, compact and innovative FREEWARE.

How to Join two pics in an Avatar?

Use Ulead GIF Animator, Easy Gif Animator or any other GIF animations software.

My animated avatar is too large. How to reduce it?

Use online GIF image editor GIFWorks! Free Online GIF eTools.
